For sessions on other platforms, payment arrangements will be confirmed prior to our first appointment.
Learn evidence-based strategies to manage chronic stress and prevent burnout. Our sessions focus on identifying stress triggers, building resilience, and developing practical coping mechanisms to restore balance to your daily life.
Break the cycle of excessive worry and repetitive negative thinking. Using techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and CBT, we help you shift from unhelpful rumination to constructive problem-solving and present-moment awareness.
Comprehensive support for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), social anxiety, and performance anxiety. We utilize exposure therapy, cognitive restructuring, and mindfulness to reduce fear responses and help you regain confidence in social and professional settings.
Specialized treatment for OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and ACT. We work collaboratively to challenge intrusive thoughts, reduce compulsive behaviors, and increase psychological flexibility without judgment.
Reclaim control when panic strikes. Our approach combines psychoeducation about the panic cycle with interoceptive exposure, somatic grounding, and cognitive reframing. ACT-based skills — including defusion, mindful awareness, and values-guided action — build psychological flexibility, helping you change your relationship with panic and move forward, rather than organising your life around avoiding it.
Overcome irrational fears of heights, animals, or specific situations through gradual, controlled exposure therapy. We create a safe, step-by-step plan to desensitize your reaction to triggers, allowing you to face your world with confidence.
Reclaim your life after trauma. Using trauma-informed approaches — including Trauma-Focused CBT, Trauma-Focused ACT, and Imagery Rescripting — we work at your pace to process traumatic memories within a safe, supportive space. Together, we reduce flashbacks, hypervigilance, and avoidance, helping you move from survival mode to fully living and reclaiming the life that trauma took from you.
Address persistent feelings of sadness, lethargy, or hopelessness. We explore the root causes of low mood, challenge negative self-narratives, and activate behavioral strategies to lift your spirits and reconnect with life's joys.
When depression pulls you under, it can feel impossible to find your way back. We work together to gently break the cycle of withdrawal and low mood through behavioural activation, ACT-based defusion from self-critical thoughts, and CFT's compassionate approach to the inner critic — helping you reconnect with what matters and rediscover a sense of purpose and agency.
Specialized, compassionate support for new parents experiencing postnatal depression or anxiety. We address the unique pressures of parenthood, identity shifts, and hormonal changes, offering a non-judgmental space to heal and bond with your baby.
Transform your inner critic into a supportive voice. We work on identifying the origins of negative self-beliefs and replacing them with self-compassion, fostering a healthier, more realistic view of your worth and capabilities.
Build the confidence to pursue your goals and assert your needs. Through skill-building and cognitive restructuring, we help you overcome imposter syndrome and self-doubt, empowering you to act with assurance in all areas of life.
Understand the roots of your anger and learn healthy regulation strategies. We focus on recognizing early warning signs, improving communication skills, and developing emotional intelligence to prevent outbursts and improve relationships.
Navigate the grieving process with empathy and structure. Whether dealing with the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a life chapter, we provide a safe space to process grief, honor memories, and gradually find a path forward.
Coping strategies for acute or chronic health conditions. We help you manage the psychological impact of illness, adhere to treatment plans, and maintain emotional wellbeing despite physical limitations or medical diagnoses.
Therapy that honors your cultural background and addresses the unique stressors of acculturation, discrimination, or identity conflict. We explore how cultural values shape your mental health and work towards a cohesive, empowered sense of self.
Support for parents navigating the complexities of raising children across cultures. We address intergenerational conflicts, parenting styles, and the challenges of balancing heritage with modern societal expectations.
Guidance through major life changes such as career shifts, relocation, divorce, or retirement. We help you process the grief of the old life, manage uncertainty, and build a clear vision for your next chapter.

How I Can Help You
Are you finding it difficult to live your life in the way you would like?
Perhaps you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or you find yourself thinking, “Something needs to change.” Taking the step to seek support can feel daunting, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful and lasting change.
I work with people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including stress, worry, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety, performance anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I also support those dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma, low mood, depression, postnatal depression, low self-esteem and self-confidence, emotional dysregulation. Further areas of support include bereavement and loss, adjustment to life changes and transitions, coping with health conditions, family and relationship challenges, parenting struggles — including culturally sensitive parenting support — work-related stress, burnout, perfectionism, self-criticism, and psychological difficulties connected to cultural identity.
I have a particular interest in helping people who experience intense emotions or find relationships especially challenging. Together, we work to better understand these experiences and develop healthier, more compassionate ways of responding to them.
My aim is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you can make sense of what you are going through, develop practical skills, and find new ways of approaching life’s challenges — ultimately supporting your emotional wellbeing and helping you move toward the life you want to live.
What To Expect
Brief Initial Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute Zoom consultation where we briefly discuss what kind of support you're looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have. Please note that free initial consultations are offered subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Your Free 10–15 Minute Introduction Meeting
This is a chance for you and me to get to know each other — think of it as a snippet of what's to come. Due to time constraints, this introductory meeting serves more as an icebreaker. The first full appointment is where we can delve into details and therapeutic guidance can be given.
After the introduction meeting, if you are happy to proceed with regular sessions, here are the next steps:
- We will arrange a time for your first full appointment and a few more if you like.
- You will be contacted via your secure online platform to complete initial data collection and confirm your booking.
Initial Consultation / Assessment
All full sessions are conducted via a secure online platform. The first session is an assessment where we take the time to understand your unique experience and what has brought you to therapy. You will have the opportunity to share your concerns and difficulties, the impact they have on your life, and what you would like to get from therapy. I may ask questions about different areas of your life to understand how they connect to your concerns — though there will be no pressure to share anything more than you feel comfortable with. Together, we agree on a plan of action, including the number and frequency of sessions and the therapeutic approach.
Therapy
If we decide to work together, I can offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions. We will spend the first few sessions developing a detailed and shared understanding of your concerns and issues.
I endeavour to be genuine and work transparently. This means that I will share my ideas about your issues with you, including what may have been maintaining your difficulties and how to effectively work with them.
My therapy sessions are collaborative and focus on your chosen goals. What we discuss is confidential unless there is a disclosure of risk. I try to get your feedback at each session in order to ensure maximum therapy satisfaction and maintain an effective therapeutic relationship. I appreciate the resources and strengths available to people and use them therapeutically to create a long-lasting, positive change.
You can terminate therapy at any time by letting me know during our session or via email.
People I have worked with commented that they felt comfortable and safe talking to me from the get go. They appreciated my validating presence though the hard times in their lives, as well as practical tools and compassionate guidance, describing it as a “life-changing experience”.
